We are busy people right? We train and then rush home sometimes already running late to begin our working day. I realise how tough it can be at times to create a healthy breakfast that will not only aid in your recovery but also give you the energy to carry on throughout the day (sometimes after a 5.30am wakeup call!). Therefore with the help of my good friend Belinda, owner of ‘The Organic Cook’ we have put together a seminar on ‘Smart Eating For Busy People’!
- In this 1 hour workshop you will learn simple tools that you can use everyday to increase health and wellness and feel great when your super busy and on the go.
- We will de-mystifyfats and define which ones are good for you and not so good for you.
- Why making smarter food choices empower's us and give us confidence in every aspect of our lives.
- How eating a diet rich in organic whole -foods will provide you with energy to last the day and make for better quality life
- Try new and exciting organic healthy snacks !
This workshop will be run by Sarah Turner owner of Pure Fitness Manly, an outdoor group training and personal training business and Belinda Randell who is the owner and director of The Organic Cook, a personal chef and food coaching service. Questions will be welcomed at the end so make sure you have a piece of paper with a question on nutrition that you have been pondering!
