Cross Fit Has Come to you on Tuesday nights!
The term Cross Fit can be defined as functional exercises designed to increase strength and muscular endurance. These types of exercises are brilliant for the average office worker, to the elite athlete due to its cross training focus.
Pure Fitness Manly has decided to incorporate this type of training into its mix of boot camps and already we have been receiving really positive and excited feedback.
The sessions include anything from overhead squats, pullups, pushups, dumb bell deadlifts, dumb bells or kettle snatches, shoulder press, rows, weighted lunges, medicine ball cleans, box jumps..you get the idea.
Our trainer Cherie has a real interest in strength and conditioning and regularly trains this way herself. She is excited to be able to bring her workouts and challenges outdoors to the PFM team!
So if you feel like a challenge and are really looking to do some strength and conditioning – give Tuesday nights a go.
