This controversial poster will get your mind ticking. Our thoughts? Always choose ‘real’ wholegrains like brown rice and oats and kick ‘white’ starchy products and gluten to the curb. Get most of your carbs from vegetables, fruit, beans and legumes. Make sure you’re including some protein and/or good fats with every meal to keep your blood sugar levels happy.
