New Long Distance Running Sesh!

Due to feedback and popular demand, I am excited to announce that this will be the year for getting you trained up and fit ready for the long distance fun runs coming up in winter and spring!
 
We will be introducing a running group that is going to focus on long distance training session Thursday evenings beginning February 28th starting and finishing at North Steyne.

Sessions will run for one hour and 15 minutes allowing you too cover long distances and have a good stretch at the end. This session will cater for people wanting to improve their fitness and speed for the fun runs including the half marathons.
 
We will vary the routes each week and include flats, hills and stairs.  There will be explanation of techniques for running strides, encouragement, support and all sessions will include and a good long stretch at the end.
 
These longer cardio sessions are fantastic for improving your stamina, confidence and are also a fun and social way to keep you on track (no pun intended!).

When: Thursday nights at 645am for a trial of one month (so if you want it to stay make sure you go along!)
