Drum roll please….we will be introducing an additional session to Saturday mornings! Sign up for our 8 week running program designed to get you ready for the City2Surf!  

YES its that exciting time of year again with the race that stops the nation. With only 2 months to go until Sydney’s most iconic fun run, we have decided to create a program to help the beginner through to the advanced client set their sights higher then ever.  We will make sure that you’re at your fittest by the time you step up to that start line on August 11th.

Led by our enthusiastic and experienced trainer Lara – you will be guided through a range of sessions to ensure your technique is on point, your running is efficient and you are pushed that bit further so that come August 11th you will literally fly through the 14km course.

This program is a great way to ensure you stay on top of your fitness throughout the winter months and stay motivated on the chilliest of mornings with a crew of awesome athletes by your side.

Here are the details:

Includes:
Access to City2Surf Saturdays – our 830am outdoor session and will be held each Saturday in the lead up to the event.
2 x 5km time trials to keep you on track and help you chart your progress over the 8 weeks
Members Cost:  Free on unlimited OR $10 for clients doing 2 a week
Non-Members Cost: $150 for 8 weeks
Start Day: Saturday 15th June
Time: 830am to 930am
