Yummy Granola

Made this yummy granola on the weekend and had to share.


Ingredients:
3 big handfuls of quinoa
a handful of chopped almonds
a couple of handfuls of sultanas
a handful of sesame and sunflower seeds
a pinch or 2 of himalayan salt
a pinch of ground cinnamon
a smaller pinch of nutmeg
a good drizzle of pure maple syrup
a good drizzle of coconut oil

Method:
Get your hands in there and mix it up! Use your fingers to rub the oil and syrup into the dry ingredients
Pop into the oven (180 degrees) for about 10 minutes
Sprinkle your granola over some yogurt and fruit
My favourite is granola with almond milk…in fact I think I will go have some now!
