It takes a little time to create that lean, strong and healthy bod, so set yourself a challenge and join PFM’s 10 week body blitz starting Monday 6th July. Trainers are only human too and we know how easy it can be to hit the snooze button on a cold and dreary winters morning..so we decided to give you a little extra motivation.

This challenge will include an initial fit assessment, measurements, before photos, goal setting, weekly nutrition plans, online support AND an overall winner who will receive a well deserved prize of gorgeous Lululemon gear, a delicious massage and motivating PT sessions. (We will be looking at who did the best overall, not just at weight loss or a decrease in measurements). At week 5 we will bring a little healthy competition by doing a halfway fitness assessment so we can see who is leading the pack! Week 10 will be the final assessments and will show you how far you have come (cause we believe in you and your will to keep getting stronger and fitter!)
We will also celebrate at the end with a little celebratory well done on yourawesomenness party for all those who participated.
