Healthy Oat and Honey Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups of traditional oats

1 cup of shredded coconut

1 cup of whole meal flour

2 tspn of baking powder

½ cup of raisons

¾ cup of butter

¼ cup of honey

2 tbsp peanut butter

Method:

Lightly grease a tray with butter Line pan with non-stick baking powder In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well Add the melted butter, peanut butter and honey and stir well to combine

Roll mixture in cookies

Place on the tray and bake for 25 minutes on 180 degrees
