
15 May Slapdash Protein Balls
I love a protein ball, but sometimes I don’t particularly feel like following a recipe. I quite like being resourceful and using whatever is in the cupboard/fridge.
Today I used up what was left of some chia seeds, 10 dates, half a cup of mixed nuts, 2 rows of dark chocolate (parma), 1/2 cup of coconut, 1/2 cup of cereal, 1/3 cup of coconut oil and a dollop of ABC spread.
Blitz, form into balls and enjoy in moderation 🙂
