Sarahs own journey
Sarah wasn’t always fit or healthy. Throughout her 20’s she partied her way through life smoking and drinking with little exercise and not much knowledge on nutrition. She would restrict all the food she loved, only lasting a week before binging all weekend. The next week would be filled with both guilt and hours on the treadmill, berating herself for her mistakes. She developed a bad relationship with food and her self esteem took a plunge.
It was when she was in her early 30’s that Sarah made the decision to empower herself and start educating herself on nutrition through like-minded trainers, courses and books. She was delighted to find out she could eat food and feel strong and healthy. Strong became the new skinny!
Fast forward today and Sarah eats more then she ever has, feels no guilt, and can’t wait to exercise each day. Her thought process has evolved from the need to be skinny and accepted by others to being healthy, strong and to accept herself.
Sarah is so keen to help others who are on their own journey and can’t wait to speak to you!
